After my cancer diagnosis

Why I created this course

When I was diagnosed with lymphoma at 23, no one spoke to me about the emotional, mental or spiritual side of healing. I had treatment plans and scan dates but no tools for my fear, racing thoughts, or the exhaustion that never seemed to lift.

Discovering breathwork, meditation, and nervous system healing changed everything. They helped me feel safe again, rebuild confidence and truly thrive.

Over the past decade, I've studied the science of the nervous system, psychoneuroimmunology, and mind-body connection, supporting hundreds of people through cancer at leading charities, retreats and wellness spaces.

This course brings together many years of healing, research, and client work. It is the calm toolkit I wish someone had given me.

Hi, I'm Sophie

A holistic cancer coach and teacher of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. For more than a decade, I've supported people globally to reduce stress and find calm, confidence, and trust in their body after a cancer diagnosis.

I'm the founder of Trew Fields Festival, the world's first cancer awareness and holistic health festival. I'm proud to be the mind-body expert for leading integrative cancer charity Yes To Life.

My work helps people move from fear and survival into safety, calm, and strength, because when we calm the nervous system, everything else we do becomes more effective: sleep and energy improve, side effects ease, and the body's natural healing response activates.
