AFTER MY CANCER DIAGNOSIS
WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE
When chemotherapy ended for me, I thought I’d instantly feel free.
But instead, I felt lost — unsure how to rebuild my energy, who I was now, or how to stop living in fear of “what if.” For a while the fear of recurrence was strong and I worried about every ache or pain. I was living with PTSD after treatment and felt like a shadow of my former confident and independent self.
There was no roadmap for this part. Healing isn’t just physical and no one was talking about the emotional, mental and spiritual rebuilding that comes after treatment ends.
So I spent years learning how to restore my nervous system, rebuild strength and self-trust, and move from survival mode into true healing. Discovering breathwork, meditation and nervous system healing changed everything. They helped me feel safe again, come into a healing state and truly thrive.
Over the past decade, I’ve studied the science of the nervous system, mind-body medicine, and post-traumatic growth, supporting hundreds of people to find peace and confidence again after cancer. I’ve worked with leading cancer charities and at global retreats.

Hi, I’m Sophie — a holistic cancer coach and teacher of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
For more than a decade, I’ve supported people globally to reduce stress and find calm, confidence, and trust in their body after a cancer diagnosis.
I’m the founder of Trew Fields Festival, the world’s first cancer awareness and holistic health festival. I’m proud to be the mind-body expert for leading integrative cancer charity Yes To Life, and I share mind-body healing practices at wellness festivals and on health podcasts.
