My Story
Meet your guide
When I was diagnosed with blood cancer at 23, I discovered firsthand how deeply cancer affects the mind, body and nervous system.
Over the last decade I've supported people through breathwork, meditation, nervous system care and holistic cancer support, helping them navigate treatment, recovery and life beyond cancer with greater calm and confidence.
Today I am a cancer thriver, breathwork teacher, holistic cancer coach and Mind-Body Medicine Lead on the Yes to Life Advisory Panel.
Every session inside Thrive is created with expertise, compassion and lived experience.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
How much time do I need each month?
Three live sessions per month - a total of 3.5 hours. All sessions are recorded so you can watch later if you can't attend live.
When are the sessions?
Sessions are held on Monday evenings - breathwork and relaxation sessions run 7:30pm to 8:45pm UK time and the monthly group gathering and Q&A runs 7:30pm to 8:30pm UK time. We take one week each month as an integration week with no sessions. Exact dates are shared inside the membership at the start of each month.
How do I access the sessions and library?
When you join you receive your own members login. All Zoom links and recordings are shared through the members portal. The expert library is accessible immediately on joining.
I've finished treatment. Is Thrive still for me?
Absolutely. Many members join after treatment when they realise they still need support and tools for rebuilding confidence, trust and wellbeing.
Do I have to share during sessions?
Not at all. You are welcome to simply listen, breathe and be present.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no minimum commitment.
Is this suitable during active treatment?
Yes. All sessions are gentle, trauma-informed and designed to support people at every stage of the cancer experience.
