WHO AM I

Hi, I’m Sophie and I'll be leading the webinar. I’m a Holistic cancer coach, breathwork teacher, energy healer and meditation guide. For more than a decade I’ve supported hundreds of people to reduce stress, care for their nervous system and thrive holistically after a cancer diagnosis.

After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014, I became my own guide spending years researching and training in holistic health. I’m here to share with you the most supportive relaxation tools I found to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, energy levels and mood: breathwork, meditation, nervous system tools and visualisations.

I'm the founder of Trew Fields, the world's first cancer awareness festival and a big believer in the power of a supportive community for health and healing. I empower people beyond a diagnosis to take an active role in their health, realise their self-healing abilities and to achieve their unique goals.

It wasn’t until I discovered breathwork and nervous system healing that I realised something powerful:

Calm isn’t something we find when life gets easier. It’s something we learn to create.
